The seller was Kilroy Realty, a veteran real estate firm based in Los Angeles that developed the office building in 2013.

The office building totals 87,100 square feet, according to a LoopNet listing. Knowles Intelligent Audio and Blackberry are the tenants in the building.

Goldman Sachs at the time of the transaction obtained $58.7 million in financing from West Core Lending Fund, which is a private equity fund, Santa Clara County public records show.
